Users can request an evaluation by voluntarily submitting their name, email address, and website URL through our online submission form. Please note: No direct payment processing, checkouts, or payment infrastructure scripts are active on this Website. All advanced consulting or ongoing project services are subject to a separate business contract and are managed outside of this Website interface.

3. FEES, RESERVATIONS, AND REFUND POLICY
As a boutique digital studio, we operate on a strictly limited monthly capacity basis to ensure the highest quality of dedicated attention for each client. For any paid custom services or ongoing projects agreed upon outside this Website:
Reservation Fee: The upfront payment or initial deposit requested prior to the start of any project serves as a non-refundable reservation fee.
Capacity Allocation: Upon receipt of the initial payment, we immediately secure a dedicated project slot in our calendar, allocate necessary resource infrastructure, and reject alternative client inquiries for that specific time period.
Non-Refundability: Due to the custom, boutique nature of our operations, all upfront payments, initial deposits, and first stage payments are strictly non-refundable. By securing your project slot with an initial payment, you acknowledge and agree that these funds compensate the studio for capacity reservation and preparatory administrative work, regardless of any subsequent project cancellations or changes by the client.

4. USER ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
By submitting a website URL for evaluation, you warrant and confirm that you are the legal owner of the submitted website or that you have explicit, written authorization from the owner to request such an analysis.You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful contact information. We reserve the right to decline any evaluation request at our sole discretion, without providing a reason or notice.
