A Webflow rebuild for a multi-location dental clinic, designed to preserve SEO and make booking simpler for patients.

Challenge

Dr.VatanoV needed to migrate its existing WordPress website to Webflow without losing the SEO structure that supported local organic visibility. The company already had an approved design, so the challenge was to translate it into a polished, responsive Webflow experience with strong content architecture.

The website also had to support a complex clinic ecosystem: multiple locations, service pages, doctor profiles, pricing, blog content and appointment booking. From a UX perspective, the goal was to make the site feel trustworthy, premium and easy to navigate for patients looking for dental care.

Solution

I built the website in Webflow with a product-focused approach: clean structure, scalable CMS collections and conversion-oriented user flows. The provided design was implemented as a responsive Webflow build, preserving the visual direction while making the site easier to maintain and expand.

I structured the CMS around the clinic’s core content types: services, doctors and blog articles. This gave the team a flexible system for managing medical content without relying on a developer for every update.

The UX was organized around key patient actions: explore services, understand the clinic’s expertise, choose a location and book an appointment. Repeated CTAs, appointment forms, city selection and clear page hierarchy help guide users from discovery to conversion.

The WordPress to Webflow migration was handled with SEO in mind, keeping the core page structure, service landing pages, metadata logic, breadcrumbs and long-form content foundation aligned with the existing search strategy.

The final website gives Dr.VatanoV a modern Webflow platform that is easier to manage, more scalable and better aligned with the clinic’s premium positioning.

The project improved the content workflow through CMS-powered services, doctors and blog sections, while preserving the SEO foundation needed for local search visibility. It also created a clearer patient journey across discovery, trust-building and appointment booking.

The result is a healthcare website that works not only as a brand presentation, but as a structured digital product for patient acquisition and ongoing content growth.
